The furnace is intended for sintering of dental restorations, made of Zirconia oxide up to the temperature of 1500 ° C. It is equipped with two heating elements, made of Molybdenum Silicium which provide efficient heat for a perfect process of sintering at low energy consumption, having a total power of 820 W.
The furnace is heated depending on the parameters defined by the user and after the finished process, it cools gradually and automatically. Slow cooling down is important to prevent extreme temperature differences which could have an impact on dental products.
Inner insulation of ceramic tissue provides that the furnace housing is cooler and thus saving energy. A safety device prevents and secures an accidental opening of the furnace.
